Hello! I believe that if we know better, we can do better. My journey started over almost two decades ago dealing with chronic gut health issues. I was later diagnosed with IBD (Irritable Bowel Disease) and Crohn's Disease. Initially, I went the conventional method route and was handed prescription after prescription, but never felt better. I just needed someone to listen to me and feel like I was being heard. I eventutally started working with a functional medicine provider and that is when I started to see true healing take place. I decided that I needed to take matters into my own hands and go back to school for NTP training. If you are tired of being told your labs are normal and you are fine, but deep down you know something is off in your body, then you are at the right place! I am here to help support you and search for the root cause of your troubles. I am a certified NTP (Nutritional Therapy Practitioner) through the Nutritional Therapy Association.
What Exactly is a NTP?

As an NTP, we are looking through the lens of an individualized approach. I like to explain that up front, because the type of diet that works for one individual might not work for another. This is because we are all created uniquely and bio individually. As an NTP, I take a personalized, bio-individual approach to health and focus on uncovering deficits and addressing root causes. I am able to support the body foundations and restore balance back to your body so that it can do what it was designed to do; and that is heal itself naturally and sustainably. As an NTP, I want to help support my clients in getting to the cause of possible nutritional imbalances that may be contributing to their symptoms and health concerns. A nutritional therapist cannot diagnose diseases, prescribe medications, or treat illnesses.
